Bread, Homemade Jam, And Shin Splints
Okay so last night was our bread and Jam enrichment. We had so much fun. there were almost 20 of us there to learn about homemade bread and freezer jam. We laughed and learned and I kept kicking myself for leaving the camera at home! This morning I went walking with some of my favorite girly friends. I have such awesome friends. We enjoy the social, the kids enjoy the stroller and the snacks, and along the way we get a decent workout walking 4 miles. I did this last year until the morning sickness hit. Once that passed it was freezing and my walking buddy had gotten mono, so I switched to going to the wellness center for the winter. After bed rest and a c-section it feels so good to be out walking again. However, I have started getting shin splints. Bummer. I did kick myself again when Rachel and her friend G. were having a fabulous time in the double stroller and I didn't have my camera, I just need to wear it around my neck i guess!

School Days
Okay so I cried the night before Abby started Kindergarten. My kids are growing up. Thats one of my favorite things about this blog. Capturing more of the small momments in life. Small and precious. By small and simple means are great things brought to pass.
Rachel was so excited for the kids to go to school. She packed her back pack and got all ready with the kids!

Good Clean Fun
So Doggone Cute
Ward Campout
One of the fun things at the ward campout was the horseback riding. All the kids took turns riding the horses. They absolutely loved it. Okay so the four wheeler isn't a horse, but they all had fun doing that too. We enjoyed eating dutch oven dinners and making smores. The best part was that the campsite was only 15 min. from home, so at night we slept in our own beds. (I wasn't quite ready to try and haul all our camping gear out and pack it all with the little guy.) We all had a great time

SMILES
Well, I finally got a really good smile out of David. I had to work so hard for it. He gave me one or two and then decided he wanted to do something else. He is such a chunky monkey! I can hardly wait for smiles to be a regular occurance. I sure love these kids of mine and all the fun things they do that make me smile.

Grandma's Quilt
My mom makes blankets for my babies when they are born. I absolutely love the quilt she made for David. He sleeps with it in his crib. Not only does it have such a fun pattern, but everytime I look at it to enjoy it, I am reminded of my Mom and how much she does for me. I hope my kids feel all the love she has for them. I sure feel her love wrap around me! I LOVE YOU MOM.
